Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. flat iron steak
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 2 green onions

Low Carb Mongolian Beef Marinade

  • ½ cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions
 

  • Cut the flat iron steak into thin slices.
  • Add the beef to a ziplock bag and add coconut aminos, garlic and ginger, marinate for 1 hour.
  • Add coconut oil to a wok and cook beef on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add green onions, cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove and serve.
