dijon mustard

Instructions
Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks to a medium mixing bowl and mash.
Add SuperFat Protein, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, shallot, and hot sauce. Mix until completely combined.
Arrange egg white halves on a plate. Carefully spoon or pipe yolk mixture into each egg.
Garnish with paprika, and parsley.
