Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the oregano, lemon zest and juice, and tomato paste to the pan. Stir to combine.
Add the cream cheese to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine until the cheese has melted and there is a thick sauce.
Add the prawns and the basil leaves to the sauce and simmer gently for a further 1 to 2 minutes until the prawns are warmed through.
In a second large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the zucchini and cook gently for 1 to 2 minutes, until just starting to soften.
Once the zucchini begins to soften, add the spinach and stir through until just wilted. This will only take about a minute.
Drain the vegetables completely and spoon the sauce over the noodles. Garnish with chopped basil.
