Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed ice divided
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, place 1⁄2 cup of ice. Add the almond milk, kale, and coconut oil. Blend to combine.
  • Add the almond our, almond extract, and remaining 1⁄2 cup of ice
  • Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth, and serve.
