large green bell pepper

large red bell pepper
chopped (or use any color of peppers you prefer)

red onion
chopped
1/2

mushrooms
chopped

spinach

coconut oil
fresh-ground black pepper to taste
sea salt
to taste

garlic powder

links pre-cooked turkey or pork breakfast sausage links of your choice

Colby
grated (or more)
Instructions
Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and add coconut oil.
Add chopped peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Salt and pepper.
Cook for about 5 minutes, add spinach.
Cook for another 3-5 minutes and add sausage links.
Top dish with cheese and remove from heat.
Serve hot. Garnish with avocado.
