garlic-infused olive oil
Lemon juice from one lemon
freshly squeezed

Instructions
Wash the Bok choy under cold water and scrub off any dirt.
Pour the macadamia oil in your Instant Pot cooker and place the Bok choy inside. Pour one cup or more water to just cover the stems.
Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 5 minutes.
Pull out the leaves and stems with tongs, and put on a serving plate.
Season the salt and pepper and pour the olive oil. Sprinkle lemon juice and sesame seeds and serve.
