Small bunch of parsley

baby romaine lettuce or 1 regular romaine lettuce leaf
cut into strips

thick slices of deli ham

coconut mayo (optional)

Instructions
Place the strips of zucchini, bell pepper, avocado, romaine lettuce, and parsley onto a plate.
Dab a bit of mayo and mustard on a slice of ham and then add in the raw veggies.
Roll to make a wrap and eat.
