Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 zucchini chopped into long strips
  • 1/2 red bell pepper chopped into long strips
  • 1 avocado sliced into strips
  • Small bunch of parsley
  • 1 baby romaine lettuce or 1 regular romaine lettuce leaf cut into strips
  • 6 thick slices of deli ham
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut mayo (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard

Instructions
 

  • Place the strips of zucchini, bell pepper, avocado, romaine lettuce, and parsley onto a plate.
  • Dab a bit of mayo and mustard on a slice of ham and then add in the raw veggies.
  • Roll to make a wrap and eat.
