kale (chopped).

goats cheese.

butter.

garlic clove (crushed).

thick cream.

mayonnaise.

olive oil.

mustard.
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together cream, oil, mustard, mayonnaise and garlic.
In a large frying pan, melt butter and quickly fry the kale until it turns a deep colour.
Put kale into a bowl and pour in the sauce, mix well and crumble over cheese.
