- 1 Tbsp. organic chicken broth or water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ cup onion, diced
- ½ mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup tomato, diced
- 4 ounces turkey breast
- 1 cup spinach
1.) Sauté garlic and onion in broth over medium-high heat in a skilley
until transparent and soft.
2.) Add mushrooms, tomato, and turkey, making sure that the turkey
is brown on both sides or until done.
