Three-Bean Salad


  • ¼ can cut green beans, drained
  •  ¼ can kidney beans, drained
  • ¼ can garbanzo beans, drained
  •  ½ small onion, chopped
  •  2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  •  1 Tbsp. olive oil
  •  1 Tbsp. powdered stevia (optional)
  •  Salt and pepper to taste


1.) In a large mixing bowl, combine the three bean and the onions

and mix well.

2.) In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil,

stevia, salt and pepper.

3.) Pour the dressing over the beans and mix.

4.) Refrigerate before serving.
