The Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients:

  •  ½ cup strawberries
  •  1 cup spinach
  •  1 lemon, juiced
  •  1 Tbsp. raw honey
  •  ½ cup blueberries
  •  ½ cup coconut milk
  •  2 Tbsp. protein powder
  •  1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  •  ¼ cup ice cubes

Directions:

1.) Combine all of the Ingredients in a blender until smooth.
