- 2 eggs
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1.) Add 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil to skillet on medium heat. Whisk eggs in

minutes), add egg mixture. Stir and scrap the sides to prevent burning
