Shrimp with Garlic and Lemon on Wild Rice



  • 1 lb. wild-caught shrimp, peeled
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • Salt and pepper

*Note: For the wild rice, I used Lundberg Wild Rice Blend (pictured below, click picture to view on Amazon):

Steps to crEATe:

1.)    Follow directions on Wild Rice Blend.

2.)    Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, cook for about 2 minutes. Add shrimp, tossing occasionally, until pink, about 5-8 minutes.

3.)    Toss in lemon juice, parsley, and salt/pepper.

4.)    Stir and simmer for another minute or less.

5.)    Once rice is cooked, add shrimp serving over rice.
