Roasted Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage quartered
- 3 T avocado oil
- ½ t sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Brush the cabbage on all sides with avocado oil.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Roast until the cabbage browns (about 35–40 minutes). Serve warm or cold.
