Organic Sprouted Corn Tortilla Chips (fried in coconut oil)_700x366

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Food for Life Sprouted Corn Tortillas
  • ¼ cup coconut oil ( I used refined to avoid coconut taste)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

1.)    Slice tortillas into triangles, yielding 4-6 small triangles per tortilla.

2.)    Heat coconut oil in large pan on high-medium heat, place tortilla triangles in oil and fry, flipping triangles until slightly crispy, about 3-4 minutes at max heat. I did 1 min on each side, then a couple more flips at 30 seconds. You don’t HAVE to flip that many times, but I did to avoid a burnt look.

3.) Enjoy with Organic Tomato Salsa
