Oatmeal and 2 fried eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal (1/2 cup water, ½ cup organic milk or coconut milk,

pinch of salt, 1 Tbsp. honey)

  • 2 eggs
  •  1 Tbsp. of coconut oil

Directions:

1.) Bring ½ cup of water and ½ cup of milk and a pinch of salt to a boil in

a small saucepan. Stir in a half a cup of old-fashioned oats and reduce

the heat to medium. Cook—you can stir it occasionally—for about five

minutes. Add honey

2.) Add 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil to a skillet on medium-high heat. Crack

eggs and fry.

3.) Enjoy your oatmeal and eggs.
