Oatmeal, 2 Eggs, and 1 Cup of Fruit


  • 1 cup oatmeal (1/2 cup water, ½ cup organic milk or coconut milk,

pinch of salt, 1 Tbsp. honey)

  •  2 eggs
  • 1 cup of fruit of your choice


1.) Bring ½ cup of water and ½ cup of milk and a pinch of salt to a boil in

a small saucepan. Stir in a half a cup of old-fashioned oats and reduce

the heat to medium. Cook—you can stir it occasionally—for about five

minutes. Add honey

2.) You can either fry your eggs (in coconut oil), scramble, or do hard-

boiled eggs

3.) Enjoy your oatmeal and eggs and 1 cup of fruit
