- 2 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- ¼ tsp. dried sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter or coconut oil
1.) Preheat oven to 425
2.) In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter/coconut oil,
mustard, sage, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken thighs on a
baking sheet or baking dish, and brush the glaze over the thighs.
3.) Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked
- 2-3 cups spinach
1.) After about 20 minutes of the chicken being cooked. Remove
from oven and add spinach with a pinch of salt and pepper
2.) Chicken and spinach will be ready at the same time. Serve warm.
