- 2 Tbsp. organic chicken broth or water
- ¼ lb. chicken, shrimp, lean beef, or turkey (your choice)
- ½ cup mushrooms
- ¼ cup bamboo shoots
- ¼ cup water chestnuts
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- ½ cup asparagus, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- ¼ tsp. ginger
- Pinch of cayenne or paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
1.) Heat broth in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2.) Add your protein of choice, and cook until almost done.
3.) Add veggies and seasonings, cooking until tender.
