Metabolic Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. organic chicken broth or water
  •  ¼ lb. chicken, shrimp, lean beef, or turkey (your choice)
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  •  ¼ cup bamboo shoots
  •  ¼ cup water chestnuts
  •  ½ cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup asparagus, chopped
  •  1 carrot, sliced
  • ¼ tsp. ginger
  •  Pinch of cayenne or paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1.) Heat broth in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2.) Add your protein of choice, and cook until almost done.

3.) Add veggies and seasonings, cooking until tender.
