The Metabolic Smoothie

Ingredients:

  •  ½ cup blueberries
  •  ½ cup mango
  • 1 heaping cup spinach
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • ½ cup coconut water
  •  1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted (I use this one sometimes)
  •  1 serving protein powder (15-20 grams) (this one is high-quality)
  • ½ cup ice (optional if fruit is not frozen)

Directions:

1.) Combine all of the Ingredients in a Vitamix 5200 Pro until smooth.
