Low-Carb Flat Belly Diner Breakfast

Ingredients:

  •  2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  •  ½ cup melon
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1.) Heat skillet on medium-high heat add a small amount of coconut oil.

Once hot, add the bacon strips. As you cook the bacon if there is room

crack the eggs with a bit more coconut oil. Cook bacon to desired

crispiness.

2.) As you are cooking, chop melon. Serve
