Lemon Rosemary Drumsticks

Served with Buttery Mashed Red Potatoes

Serves: 2-3


  • 1 ½ lb. organic chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tsp. rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. grass-fed butter
  • Salt and pepper

Steps to crEATe:

1.)    Heat oven to 425° (bake). Place 2 Tbsp. butter in a baking dish and melt in oven. Remove when melted. Place drumsticks in dish for seasoning.

2.)    Add  garlic cloves, paprika, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix around baking dish to coat evenly.

3.)    Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and rotate drumsticks. Bake for 10-15 more minutes.

4.)    Serve warm.


Mashed Red Potatoes


  • 3 medium red potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • Salt and pepper


1.)    Boil potatoes in sauce pan big enough for potatoes and enough water to cover the tops (with salt, pepper, and butter) for 10 minutes, set heat to low and let simmer for another 10-15 minutes or until soft.

2.)    Mash with another Tbsp. butter and salt/pepper to taste.
