This awesome green smoothie is a great way to start your day. Don’t forget to add your healthy fats and protein powder to this fruit and vegetable smoothie.


  • 2 kiwis, skinned
  • 1 green apple, chopped with no seeds
  • 1 heaping cup of spinach
  • 1 heaping cup of kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh apple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
  • 1 scoop organic protein powder
