Keto Mongolain Beef
Ingredients
- 1 lb. flat iron steak
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 2 green onions
Low Carb Mongolian Beef Marinade
- ½ cup coconut aminos
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Cut the flat iron steak into thin slices.
- Add the beef to a ziplock bag and add coconut aminos, garlic and ginger, marinate for 1 hour.
- Add coconut oil to a wok and cook beef on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add green onions, cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
