High-Carb Flat Belly Diner Breakfast


  •  2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 small potato, chopped
  •  1 slice gluten-free toast
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


1.) Heat skillet on medium-high heat add a small amount of butter or

coconut oil. Add diced potato to prepare home fries. Sauté for about 3

minutes, then add the strips of bacon.

2.) As you cook the bacon and potatoes if there is room crack the eggs

with a bit more coconut oil. Cook bacon to desired crispiness. Cook for

about 10 minutes.

*Note: You can use a separate pan to fry eggs.

3.) Toast your bread with your favorite method. Spread with a dollop of
