Grilled Mahi Mahi with Avocado and Mango Salsa



  • 1/4 lb. wild-caught mahi-mahi
  • 1 Tbsp. butter for grilling
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps to crEATe:

1.) Heat skillet on medium heat and add butter.

2.) Season mahi-mahi with spices and herbs. Add to heated skillet. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Then 2 more minutes on each side.

3.) Prepare Avocado Mango Salsa as Mahi-Mahi is grilling.

Tip: Eat meal with a piece of fruit!
