Who’s ready for some (almost) circular gluten-free pancakes WITHOUT any added white sugar? These honey sweetened rice flour pancakes are FINALLY ready for the world.
Most pancakes, especially ones that are sold at popular breakfast chains tend to put not so great ingredients that aren’t conducive to a healthy weight loss.
You SHOULD be able to enjoy pancakes (even from Denny’s) every now and again without feeling guilty. In my case (and my family’s case) we choose to enjoy similar flour-based treats, like pancakes at home rather than indulge in something so easy to make at home.

Below you will find a finely-tuned recipe for brown rice flour pancakes. Once prepared you will experience a wave of energy, an increase in metabolic rate, and a sense of euphoria. The feelings I describe, once thought to only be achieved by normal flour pancakes, can now be achieved through good-quality, health promoting ingredients.

Gluten-Free Rice Flour Pancakes
Servings: 4-5, 5-7-inch pancakes
Prep Time: 5-7 minutes
Cook Time: 5-7 minutes
- 1 cup + 1 Tbsp. brown rice flour
- 2 tapioca starch
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- ½ cup organic, grass-fed milk
- 2 Tbsp. unfiltered honey
- 2 pastured eggs
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted/room-temperature
- Grass-fed butter for frying
1.) In large mixing pouring bowl mix brown rice flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk, set aside.
2.) In small bowl add/beat eggs, add milk, 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil.
3.) Add bowl of wet ingredients to dry ingredients, add honey mix thoroughly with a fork or hand mixer (fork works perfectly fine).
4.) Heat large pan on medium heat. Place ½ Tbsp. butter on pan, spread over pan/cooking area.
5.) Once hot, pour pancake batter on pan to YOUR preferred size. Cook until golden brown or until your preference. Repeat #5 until batter is gone.
