Flat Belly 3×2 Breakfast Plate


  •  2 eggs
  •  2 strips of bacon
  • 2 slices of gluten-free bread, toasted
  • Butter, optional for toast


1.) In a small skillet fry bacon strips until crispy. Remove to a paper

towel lined plate. In the same skillet fry up eggs to your liking. Season

with salt and pepper.

2.) You can toast the bread in a toaster, warm it. Add butter.
