Egg, Potato, and Cheese Scramble


  • 2 eggs
  •  ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  •  ½ cup potatoes, chopped
  •  1 Tbsp. grass-fed butter

1.) Heat the butter in a skillet on medium-high heat. Add potatoes. Stir

and cook.

2.) While the potatoes cook, in a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the

salt and pepper.

3.) When the potatoes are about cooked (8 minutes) add the eggs and

cook, stirring and scrapping the bottom and sides of the pan to prevent

burning. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add cheese.

4.) Serve warm!
