Egg, Cheese, and Avocado on Gluten-Free/Sprouted Grain Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup cheese
  •  ½ avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices gluten-free toast
  • 1 Tbsp. butter for toast, optional
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil

Directions:

1.) Add 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil to skillet on medium heat. Fry 2 eggs.

2.) Toast your bread with your favorite method. Spread butter on toast

if preferred.

3.) Once egg is cooked top toast with egg, cheese, and avocado.

4.) Enjoy warm.
