- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup cheese
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 2 slices gluten-free toast
- 1 Tbsp. butter for toast, optional
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1.) Add 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil to skillet on medium heat. Fry 2 eggs.
2.) Toast your bread with your favorite method. Spread butter on toast
3.) Once egg is cooked top toast with egg, cheese, and avocado.
4.) Enjoy warm.
