- 1 cup blueberries, frozen if possible
- 1 mango chunks
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (I recommend this coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 Tbsp. protein powder (I recommend this protein)
1.) Add all ingredients into a Vitamix 5200 Pro or blender and using smoothie setting blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy.
