Ingredients: 1 cup blueberries, frozen if possible 1 mango chunks 1 banana 1/2  cup coconut milk (I recommend this coconut milk) 1/2 cup ice 1 Tbsp. protein powder (I recommend this protein) Directions: 1.) Add all ingredients into a Vitamix 5200 Pro or blender and using smoothie setting blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy.
