Blueberry Oatmeal and 2 Hard-boiled Eggs

Ingredients:

  •  2 eggs
  •  1/2 cup organic gluten free oats
  •  ¼ cup grass-fed milk or coconut milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  •  1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:

1.) Mix the oats, salt, milk, and water in a sauce pan. Allow the mixture

to boil and then reduce the heat down to low and let simmer for 10-15

minutes.

2.) Meanwhile, hard-boil your eggs.

3.) Top oatmeal with ground cinnamon and blueberries.
