Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  •  ¾ cup blueberries
  •  ¼ cup peeled and sliced avocado, frozen (if not you’ll add ice)
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  •  2 scoops grass-fed whey protein
  •  ½ cup ice (optional)

Directions:

1.) Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
