- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- ½ cup coconut milk (here’s one)
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter (this one is good)
- ½ cup ice, optional if fruit is not frozen
- 2 Tbsp. protein powder (I use this one)
1.) Combine all of the ingredients in a Vitamix 5200 Pro and blend until smooth.
