Baked Salmon with a side Super Spinach Salad


  •  6 oz. filet of wild salmon
  •  1 Tbsp. butter
  •  1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

For Salad:

  • 2 cups spinach
  •  1 small tomato, chopped
  •  ½ avocado, chopped
  • 1 small carrot, chopped
  • Olive oil and balsamic vinegar, optional


1.) Heat oven to 425 and place butter in a baking dish. Add salmon,
