Baked Mahi-Mahi with Cilantro-Lime Sauce and Sauteed Sweet Potatoes


  •  1 4-6 ounce fillet of Wild Mahi-Mahi
  • 4-6 sprigs of cilantro, minced
  •  1 clove garlic, minced
  •  Juice from ½ lime
  •  1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  •  Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup sweet potatoes, chopped


1.) Preheat oven to 400. Heat the coconut oil in a small pan over

medium high heat. Add the cilantro, garlic, and lime juice. Saute for

about 5 minutes. Set aside.

2.) Place the fish in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper to

taste. While fish is baking add 1 tsp. coconut oil or grass-fed butter in

pan. Saute for 10-15 minutes.

3.) Spoon the oil mixture over the fish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
