Bacon and Egg Tacos


• 2 eggs

• 2 slices of bacon, chopped

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 2 organic corn tortillas

• 2 tbsp. organic red salsa


1.) Fry chopped bacon in a small skillet over medium heat.

2.) In a small bowl, whisk eggs. Once bacon is crispy add in eggs, salt,

and pepper. Continue to scramble to your desired consistency.

3.) Heat up the corn tortillas by your favorite method. You can wrap

them in damp paper towels for the microwave, or you can heat them

up in a dry hot skillet/griddle flipping occasionally. Top each tortilla

with bacon, egg, and salsa.
