Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

• 1 gluten-free English muffin, halved or 2 slices gluten-free toast

• 1 strip bacon

• 1 egg

• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1.) Toast the English muffin by your favorite method (toaster, oven,

skillet)

2.) Fry the bacon strip until crispy and let it drain on a paper towel. Fry

your egg in the same skillet with the bacon fat and season with salt and

pepper.

3.) Assemble your sandwich.
