Apple Cider Vinegar, Greens, and Salmon Detox Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. wild-caught salmon, canned
  • 4 Brussels sprouts, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped baby kale
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup chopped collard greens
  • ½ avocado, chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • sea salt and fresh-ground pepper
  • juice from ½ lemon

Directions:

Toss all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste.
