However, it is a &quot;diet.&quot; Filled with structure, preparation, meal planning, and even that I could handle  until I saw results and then hopefully be motivated to continue.  But you mention salmon, I hATE fish, are there substitutes? And this quote: The problem with 90% of the diets out there is they are not structured in a sustainable way, so the chances of you actually completing the program or succeeding are slim to none. - This is how I feel, as soon as I am &quot;restricted&quot; I crave what I can&#039;t have.  Can&#039;t you come up with something that a busy person can do, so not focused on food all day, or grocery shopping and have expensive bills for food they don&#039;t even like?  I only like a limited selection of veggies, didn&#039;t grow up with many, don&#039;t give me brussel sprouts or kale!!  If  you can show me sample meals, at least 3-4 days worth, and I can live with those and know I will eat them, I would buy this in a heart beat!!  PS I have Hashimotos and try to eat healthfully, but it takes twice the effort of a normal person to lose anything!  And my healthfully is protein breakfasts, lunch and dinner with salad or veggies and always trying to keep refined carbs low and end up with a 2 lb week loss.  I also have Harrington rods/ruptured disk in 2005, and am 62 so not able to do full on exercise.  Try to walk.  If I have too little carbs I become hypoglycemic.  And I want a &quot;normal&quot; lifestyle.  I would like to have ice cream or bread on a sandwich once in awhile.  I am not gluten free cause I am on a limited budget and refuse to pay $5-$7 a loaf for gluten free bread that tastes like cardboard!  So I do without bread and use a tortilla when I need to.  Like I said, if  you could show me 4 days of meals I could eat and live with that are more common components, I would try it.  Every year I try to lose my excess 30 lbs of weight and I&#039;m still trying!]]></description>
