Chemicals and toxins that force your body to hold onto belly fat
Something you may have never heard about is that certain toxins in our food supply and our environment, such as pesticides, herbicides, and estrogen-mimicking foods from air, pollution, cleaners, shampoos, foods, water bottles, etc…can disrupt your hormones and make your body store excess abdominal fat.
One specific toxin is called endotoxin and its actually intestinal bacteria. Under normal circumstances the liver works to keep endotoxin from entering circulation and estrogen from being retained by the cells. In malnutrition, hypothyroidism, protein deficiency and stress the liver allows estrogen to pass through without being completely inactivated.
Endotoxin excites your cells, causing them to inflame, store estrogen, and slow your thyroid.
Another chemical commonly found in our food supply and environment are xenoestrogens, chemicals that you are exposed to (and are hard to avoid in the modern world) that have an estrogenic effect in your body. Excess exposure to these can cause hormone balance disruptions for both men and women.

Root vegetables such as carrots, turmeric, beets, bamboo shoots, garlic, and parsnips contain very specific and important microorganisms and phytochemicals to help fight against these endotoxins and other estrogenic compounds…
Roots contain chemicals that inhibit microorganisms provide a high concentration of nutrients along with low concentrations of toxic anti-metabolic substances.
These fibers prevent the reabsorption of estrogen in the intestine, and can shift the balance away from cortisol and estrogen, toward progesterone and thyroid, in just a few days of regular use.
