2 Egg, Yogurt, and Fruit

Ingredients:

  •  1 cup grass-fed yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  •  1 serving of blueberries

Directions:

1.) If you are frying eggs: Add coconut to skillet on medium heat and

fry.

Hard-boiled eggs are OK.

2.) Serve with blueberries and yogurt.
